Refund policy
- All refunds are processed within 4–5 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Returns Policy
- We offer a 14-day returns policy from the date of delivery.
- Delivery is free for customers who keep their items.
If you wish to return an item for a refund or replacement:
- Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original retail packaging, with all seals intact (where applicable).
Important Conditions:
- Opened or used items (including accessories) are non-refundable, unless the product is faulty.
- Return postage costs must be paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
- We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
- Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after the returned item has been received.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items and mystery boxes are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Faulty Items
- It is the recipient’s responsibility to inspect and test all items upon delivery.
- Any faults must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the order.
- Claims made after this period will not be accepted due to the nature of the goods.
