  • All refunds are processed within 4–5 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Returns Policy

  • We offer a 14-day returns policy from the date of delivery.
  • Delivery is free for customers who keep their items.

If you wish to return an item for a refund or replacement:

  • Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original retail packaging, with all seals intact (where applicable).

Important Conditions:

  • Opened or used items (including accessories) are non-refundable, unless the product is faulty.
  • Return postage costs must be paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
  • Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after the returned item has been received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and mystery boxes are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Faulty Items

  • It is the recipient’s responsibility to inspect and test all items upon delivery.
  • Any faults must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the order.
  • Claims made after this period will not be accepted due to the nature of the goods.
